How to pay
- Open “Plan and billing” and choose a plan and a period: a month or a year.
- Choose how to pay: "Card" or "Crypto".
- A card is paid right in a window on the page: the form is shown by Paddle, our payment partner. Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods are there too where they work in your country. For crypto, a payment page opens where you choose the coin and the network.
- The plan turns on right after a card payment, or as soon as the network confirms a crypto payment.
Paying for a year costs 20% less than twelve separate months.
Renewal
- By card. The plan renews automatically: at the start of a new period its price is charged to the card. Auto-renewal can be turned off in “Plan and billing” at any time, and the plan keeps running until the end of the paid period. The card can be changed there too.
- In crypto. The plan doesn't renew automatically. Before it ends, Tersby reminds you by email and in Telegram. A renewal is added to the days you have left, so you can renew in advance.
If a different amount arrives
If a crypto payment brings more than needed, the extra is credited as days of the plan. If less, what arrived is credited as days too.
Changing plans
- You can move to a higher plan at any time: the paid remainder of the current period is credited. With a card, the difference is charged right away, and Tersby shows the amount first.
- You can move to a lower plan when the paid period ends.
Before you pay, Tersby shows how many days you'll get and the date the plan runs to.
If you don't renew
After the paid period ends, everything works as usual for 3 more days. Then published sites switch off and changes are locked. After payment the sites switch on again, and no data is lost.
Promo codes and invitations
A promo code is entered before paying. If you signed up through an invitation link, the first payment gets 20% off. Discounts don't stack: the larger one applies.
More about invitations on the Partners page.
Invoices
After payment, an invoice appears on the "Payment history" tab. For card payments the invoice is issued by Paddle and opens from a link in the same table. Invoice details (name, country, address, tax number and more) are set on the same tab and go into every following invoice.
Refunds
Refund terms are in the Refunds document.
