TersbyInvite a colleague
- Open “Users and roles”.
- Enter the email and the role and send the invitation.
- Your colleague gets an email with a link and sets their own password.
Until an invitation is accepted, you can revoke it: the link stops working. The number of users depends on the plan.
Roles

Roles and the activity log are available from the Flow plan.
Access to sections
For each person you can choose separately which sections they see. “Webhooks”, “Policy” and “Activity log” are closed by default: they have to be opened explicitly.
Activity log
“Activity log” shows who changed what and when: site publishes, lead status changes, changes to settings and to the team.
Two-factor sign-in
In “My account” you turn on sign-in with a code from an authenticator app. When you turn it on, Tersby shows backup codes: save them in case your phone isn't at hand.
The same section lists the devices that are signed in, and any of them can be signed out.
Several organizations
One account can work in several organizations and switch between them in the menu. Each organization has its own sites, leads, team and plan.
