What is filtered automatically
- A form filled in faster than a person could.
- Submissions with a hidden field filled in: only bots see it.
- Many leads from one address in a short time.
- Numbers and addresses on the blocklist.
Such leads go to Spam with the reason stated. They aren't sent to the CRM, Telegram or the ad account, and they aren't counted in the stats.
The blocklist
It's in “Leads”, on the “Blocklist” page. You can block:
- a phone number;
- an address (IP);
- a range of addresses, for example
31.144.65.*.
The quickest way is from the lead itself: its card shows the address it was sent from and has a block button.
On mobile internet, many people often share one address. Block an address only when it sends bursts of fakes.
Ranges from LP-CRM
If LP-CRM rejects a lead because of the sender's address, Tersby adds that range to the blocklist itself. The next leads from there go straight to Spam and aren't sent to the CRM.
The phone check
The order form knows country and operator codes. If the country code is typed twice or no such operator code exists, it asks to check the number. If the buyer is sure, the form sends on the second press and the manager sees a note.
In the site editor you can choose which countries' numbers the form accepts.
Blocking countries
The “Settings” tab of the editor has country blocking. Visitors from the chosen countries see a message that the product isn't available in their region instead of the site. It helps when you don't deliver there and your ads are sometimes shown there anyway.
Taking a lead out of Spam
If a lead went to Spam by mistake, change its status. It goes to the CRM and the ad account like any other, and only once, however many times it's moved.
