Lead statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Just arrived |
| In progress | A manager took the lead |
| Confirmed | The buyer confirmed the order |
| Shipped | The parcel is on its way |
| Bought out | The parcel was picked up and paid for |
| Returned | The parcel wasn't picked up |
| Sold | A sale closed by hand, with an amount |
| Closed | The order didn't happen |
| Spam | A fake, not counted in the stats |
A status is changed by hand in the lead list, with the buttons in Telegram, or comes from the CRM.
Statuses from the CRM
In “Webhooks”, on the “CRM statuses” tab, you set up the way back.
- LP-CRM doesn't report status changes itself, so Tersby asks it every few minutes. That needs the outgoing API key of the LP-CRM account: it isn't the key orders are sent with.
- KeyCRM and SalesDrive call a link when a status changes. Create the link in Tersby and paste it into the CRM: in KeyCRM into an automation on order status change, in SalesDrive into the Webhook settings.
- Another system can call the same link, passing the order number or the lead's id and the status.
The link contains a key and is shown once: copy it right away.
Match the statuses
The first time the CRM sends one of its statuses, it appears in the list. Choose which Tersby status it corresponds to. From then on, leads with that status update by themselves, including the ones that already arrived.
Approval and buyout
- Approval rate: the share of confirmed orders among all real leads. Orders that were later shipped, bought out or returned count as confirmed too.
- Buyout rate: the share of bought-out parcels among those whose fate is known, that is bought out and returned. Parcels still on the way aren't counted.
Both are shown in “Analytics”: overall, by site, by ad account and by source.
The Purchase event
On the “Ad accounts” page you choose when a lead counts as a purchase for Meta and TikTok:
- on buyout, or when it's marked Sold;
- already when the order is confirmed;
- never.
If buyout reaches you later than the ad network still links a purchase to a click, choose confirmation.
Sale amount
The amount comes from the CRM or is entered by hand when you mark a lead Sold. Revenue and ROI in the stats are counted from it.
