How it works
Every new lead, except spam, goes to the connected CRMs at once. There can be several. The lead stays in Tersby either way, even if the CRM didn't accept it.
Sending to a CRM and to your own addresses is available from the Flow plan.
LP-CRM
LP-CRM ties an order to a product from its own catalog, so it's set up in two places.
- In “Ad accounts”, open an account and, in the LP-CRM block, enter an address like
https://your_subdomain.lp-crm.biz/api/addNewOrder.htmland the API key. They are shared by the account's sites. - In the site editor, on the “Settings” tab, in the CRM block, enter the product's Product ID.
If a site has its own LP-CRM account, the address and key can be entered right on the site.
KeyCRM
- In KeyCRM, open the settings and get the API key.
- In the order sources settings, find the number in the ID column.
- In Tersby, in “Webhooks”, choose KeyCRM and paste the key and the source ID.
With no site chosen, leads go from all sites. For an order to be tied to a product from the catalog, connect KeyCRM in the site's settings and enter the SKU.
SalesDrive
- In SalesDrive, open the API settings and get the form key for request intake.
- In Tersby, in “Webhooks”, choose SalesDrive and enter the account (for example,
mystore) and the form key.
Your own address
If you have your own CRM, Zapier, Make or n8n, add an address in “Webhooks”: the lead arrives there as a JSON POST request. If you set a secret, the request is signed and you can verify it.
Check
Every integration has a test button: it creates a trial order. The delivery history shows when each lead went and what the CRM answered.
If the CRM didn't accept a lead
- Tersby retries twice more: after 3 and after 10 seconds.
- If that didn't help, an alert arrives in Telegram and an email with the lead's details.
- When the CRM accepts leads again, a message says how many didn't get through.
Meanwhile the leads themselves are in “Leads”, and you can handle them from there.
