TersbyConnect a private chat
- Open “Notifications”.
- Press the connect button: Telegram opens with the Tersby bot.
- Press Start. The page in the dashboard updates by itself.
If the link didn't open, find the bot in Telegram by the name shown in the dashboard, press Start and type into the dashboard the six digits it sends.
Connect a group
In the sales team's group, everyone in it sees the leads.
- In “Notifications”, choose to connect a group chat.
- Add the bot to the group: a few seconds later it posts a code there.
- Enter the code in the dashboard.
To press “Take it” in a group, a person also needs their private chat connected: that's how Tersby knows who took the lead.
What arrives
- New leads: the site, name, phone and source, with “Take it” and “Spam” buttons.
- Alerts: a site is down, leads aren't reaching the CRM, the pixel doesn't accept events, an ad account is disabled, ad clicks stopped.
- A morning summary at 9:00 your time: yesterday's results.
For each chat you choose which sites it follows: all of them or only the ones you pick.

Message language
Messages come in your profile's language: English, Ukrainian or Russian. The language is changed in “My account”.
If messages stop arriving
Most likely the bot was blocked or removed from the group. In “Notifications” such a chat is marked: disconnect it and connect it again.
