KeyCRM: an order from every lead
A lead becomes an order in KeyCRM at once, under the source you choose: with the product's name and price and UTM tags.
Sending leads to a CRM and to your own addresses is available from the Flow plan.
What goes to KeyCRM
The order is created through KeyCRM's OpenAPI with your API key.
- BuyerThe name and phone from the order form.
- ProductThe site's name and price. With an SKU set, the order is tied to a product from the catalog.
- SourceThe source ID from KeyCRM's settings: it shows the order came from Tersby.
- Manager commentWhich site and page the lead came from, and answers to your own form fields.
- MarketingThe lead's UTM tags in KeyCRM's fields.
How to connect
Connected once for all sites, or separately for a site.
- Get the API key
In KeyCRM: Settings, API.
- Find the source ID
Settings, Order sources: the number in the ID column.
- Connect in Tersby
In Webhooks, choose KeyCRM and paste the key and the source ID. With no site chosen, leads go from all sites.
- Bring statuses back
On the CRM statuses tab, create a link and paste it into KeyCRM: automations, a rule on order status change, the Webhook action.
Good to know
- An SKU on the siteFor an order to draw down a specific product, connect KeyCRM in the site's settings and set its SKU.
- Statuses are matched onceThe first time KeyCRM sends a status, choose what it means in Tersby. After that it all happens by itself.
- If a lead didn't get throughTersby retries and messages you in Telegram. The lead itself stays in Tersby.
- Several CRMs at onceA lead can go to several CRMs and to your own addresses at the same time.
