LP-CRM: an order from every lead

A lead becomes an order in LP-CRM at once: with a product from your catalog, the price and UTM tags. Order statuses come back to Tersby.

Sending leads to a CRM and to your own addresses is available from the Flow plan.

What goes to LP-CRM

The order is created through addNewOrder with your account's key.

  • BuyerThe name and phone from the order form.
  • ProductThe Product ID from your LP-CRM catalog, the site's price, the quantity.
  • CommentAnswers to your own form fields: city, pickup point, size.
  • UTM tagsutm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term.
  • OfficeThe office ID, if you set one.

How to connect

The address and key are set once, and a site only needs its product.

  1. Set the address and key on the ad account

In Ad accounts, in the LP-CRM block: an address like https://your_subdomain.lp-crm.biz/api/addNewOrder.html and the API key.

  2. Set the Product ID on the site

In the site's settings, in the CRM block. From then on the site's leads go to LP-CRM.

  3. Send a test

The test button creates a trial order, to check the key and the product.

  4. Turn on statuses

In Webhooks, on the CRM statuses tab, add the account's outgoing API key. Tersby will ask LP-CRM about orders every few minutes.

Good to know

  • Approval and buyoutLP-CRM statuses are matched to Tersby statuses once. After that, approval and buyout in the stats are counted for you.
  • If a lead didn't get throughTersby retries, and if that fails it messages you in Telegram and emails the lead's details. The lead itself stays in Tersby.
  • Rejected addressesIf LP-CRM refuses leads from a range of addresses, the range goes on the blocklist: the next leads from there go straight to Spam.
  • Several LP-CRM accountsA site can have its own address and key instead of the shared ones.
