Where to look
- “Analytics”: visits, orders without spam, conversion, approval and buyout rates, the funnel, day-by-day trends, ad spend and cost per order. View the whole company, one ad account or one site for the period you pick.
- “Visitors”: who came. Countries, devices, browsers and sources. Bots are separated and stay out of the numbers.
The funnel
The funnel shows where people drop off: visits, then “interested” (clicked “Order”, opened the form or started filling it in), then “started the form”, then “left an order”. Lots of interest and few orders means the form is the problem. Little interest means the first screen or the ad is.
Cost per order
Cost per order (CPL) is worked out from the ad account's spend. To pull spend automatically, connect the Marketing API in “Ad accounts”. You can also enter spend by hand.
When orders are few
- Is the site published and does it open on a phone?
- Is the order form visible, and does it send? Send a test order.
- Are there visits? No visits: check the ad and the link in it.
- Are orders landing in “Spam”? Check the status filter in “Leads”.
- Is country blocking on in the “Settings” tab?
Ask Tersy in the dashboard: it looks at your site's numbers and suggests where to look for the problem.
