What arrives in Telegram

Messages come in your profile's language: English, Ukrainian or Russian.

New leadThe site, name, phone and source. “Take it” and “Spam” buttons right under the message.
AlertsA site is down, leads aren't reaching the CRM, the pixel rejects events, an account is disabled, the ads stopped.
Morning summaryAt 9:00 your time: yesterday's leads, visitors, conversion, approval and best source.

Open Notifications
Press the connect button: the bot opens, and all that's left is to press Start.
Or enter a code
Find the bot in Telegram, press Start and type into Tersby the six digits it sends.
Add the sales team's group
The bot joins the group and posts a code there. Everyone in it sees the leads, and whoever takes one presses “Take it”.
Choose the sites
Each chat can follow all sites or only the ones you pick.

Who took the leadAfter “Take it”, the message shows the manager's name and the lead gets an owner in the dashboard.
A private chat for the groupTo take leads from a group, a person also needs their private Telegram connected: that's how Tersby knows who pressed the button.
No noiseTwo messages per problem: when it started and when it ended.
